Overview
A high-performance Web3 protocol required a dual-threat Go-To-Market engine to scale ecosystem awareness: an automated infrastructure for managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), paired with a high-converting live audio strategy.
Impact
Leading up to critical network rollouts, the protocol needed a massive spike in distribution. However, managing dozens of external partners manually created chaotic data silos, unverified deliverables, and delayed payments. Simultaneously, they needed a direct, real-time channel to build trust and control the narrative with their community. The marketing team needed a system that could handle high-volume tracking with zero manual data entry, while successfully producing live events that actually converted listeners into users.
Work
I architected a centralized Go-To-Market infrastructure to manage 48+ global KOLs while simultaneously spearheading the protocol’s live X Spaces strategy.
On the front-line execution side, I hosted and produced 15+ high-leverage X Spaces, sourcing and managing 56 industry guests. I aligned the protocol’s core narrative with our partner distribution, driving massive concurrent listenership and real-time community engagement.
On the engineering side, I built an automated lead generation and management CRM using Google Sheets for raw data capture and Notion for pipeline orchestration, powered by n8n. The system automatically scraped social URLs, passed the content through an OpenAI verification layer to ensure brand compliance, and dynamically updated the Notion databases to verify genuine user traffic.
7M+ Impressions Tracked
Successfully tracked and attributed over 7 million organic impressions across 13 simultaneous campaigns without human intervention.
3,000+ Live Listeners & 56 Guests
Orchestrated 15+ live audio events that captured direct community attention, acting as the primary top-of-funnel engine to turn passive listeners into active ecosystem participants.
